"We knew we wanted some plantation shutters, but wanted something different for our kitchen and master bedroom. Laurie had samples of roman shades, honeycomb shades, blinds, and roller shades. We quickly recognized that roller shades were what we would use in addition to the shutters throughout our home. Her pricing estimate/worksheet was by window, and it was very easy to pick and choose; so that we could figure out which coverings we wanted within our budget. Laurie returns both calls and emails within a day, usually within a few hours. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and doesn't pressure you. She doesn't care if you order everything at once or piece meal, and honors the original price quotes if you do order small quantities. Laurie and Kevin installed all of our shutters (20 windows) in 4-5 hours. They were very courteous and neat."
